Summertime. The oaks
have sprung already, the chestnut trees show their
flowers (the 'candles'), beside the green chestnuts, and the evergreen conifers keep their crowns,
introducing a whole landscape worthy to admire and to photograph, with a
thousand different shades of green, while aromatic herbs are everywhere.
Every day there is a different shade and color at the mountains,
everything changes from sunrise to sunset. Sunsets over the Sierra de
France are spectacular.
The abundant
water and vegetation make this area ideal for the festive season.

In the town of Valdesangil, 170
inhab., 1,040 m altitude, in the parish of Bejar (Salamanca)
South at the foot of the Sierra de Béjar, Candelario, a
UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, less than 15 min. to the ski resort of "La
Covatilla," we are awaiting for you at our house with 5 bedrooms,
bathrooms, living room with fireplace and full kitchen with a capacity
of 2 to 10 people to enjoy this unique region, where you can perceived
vital energy of the earth in its primitive and most essential elements:
vegetation, water, fauna, in other words, Nature. The temperature of
this region makes it attractive as a cool summer refuge for travelers in
the winter and an invitation to contact the natural environment.
